So you think public libraries should "loan" books out without ID to "the elderly, low-income citizens, Hispanics, African-Americans and the disabled". I guess you also favor letting them sign up for government assistance programs without ID either.

Now can you figure out why these stupid no ID ideas won't work? Or are you a brainless liberal?
