Joe,

I agree with the shaver side of Braun; but,
not so sure about the appliances I mentioned.

My understanding from the press is that Gillette
pushed a lot of inventory down the chain over
the last year, and I believe they're now addressing
that.

Could be part of the reason for the upgrade.
