I didn't say he shouldn't resign. Quite frankly, I'm not sure what I think right now. I have always believed Clinton to be dishonest .... back when he denied his affair w/Flowers on 60 min. before he was elected. The only thing that's different now is that he got caught. But that's not even my issue right now.

What I am very upset with is how this was allowed to happen. It wasn't until today that it even dawned on me (guess I'm just slow:)that not only were we here in the U.S. reading this report. The whole world was reading it. How could we have people running this country who could allow this to happen. We are a laughingstock. And for some reason I find it embarrassing to be an American right now.

How could Starr be given SO much power that he could go on a witch hunt. Think about this......Lewinsky originally denied the affair....Clinton then subsequently denied it.....But Starr was just so out to get him that he couldn't let it rest. No.......he was out to destroy Clinton.......and if he destroys the country in the process so be it.

How could any one person be given this much power??? I just don't like anything about this whole thing. I think this is a larger underlying issue than whether Clinton should resign or be impeached.

I cannot believe I am so obsessed with this that I'm late for golf because I had to see what Sam and Cokie would have to say this morning. I guess I'm not alone though.
