His comments on the licensing issue proved your point. The sweeping partisan accusation was completely gratuitous. That's how assassination by anecdote works. Cherrypick one or two cases where your good guys were good and the other guy's good guys were bad and declare that it's proof how bad they are. He didn't even document what position "the U.S. Department of Justice's Anti-Trust Division, Urban League, NAACP, the Democratic Party and black politicians" took on those two issues, if any. This is what I mean when I say that most partisan political commentary in the US couldn't pass a freshman Logic 101 test. It's a Swiss cheese of partisan foibles.
