GJC This is still something I am not clear on, its my understanding this is strictly a temporary thing, until a proxy vote can be organized. Like I said I am not sure about this, but I am still 100% for a proxy vote, to be honest I am not all that thrilled about the way this was done. As for as Mr. Seibert he is a good guy and should not be a big concern to the shareholders, he is not a follower. KAA
