Hi Everyone,

Big change in SUF board last week. Seabridge Resources (SEA.v) appear to have elected four of their own directors to the 8 member SUF board (Fronk, Fathi, Fox, and Anthony are Seabridge board members, and I assume Martin is on their side too), so Seabridge controls the board. It has been said by Crudestope that Kennecott supported this change by voting their shares,...I have no confirmation of this.

It is effectively a takeover don't you think??

Note that Fronk and friends were very good at getting financing for Greenstone Resources in the past (lots of connections in the bank and broker circles) so Messina financing will likely be the next big thing for SUF. Once that project is in place, the money for future exploration will probably be their next priority. They have said they are currently evaluating all projects, so who knows what is in store. Fronk and Seabridge are buying up known mineral projects now with known reserves. I don't think it's a far stretch to believe that Messina is why they wanted control of SUF.
