ken...."Congress always reduced Reagan's budget requests. Reagan always requested more spending than Congress allowed so I'm not surprised if Congress cuts down on Obama's requests.".... So when republicans are in power congress keeps them in check... so what happened to congress led by pelosi and reid? are you suggesting that the are to blame for Bush overspending. Come on ken ya can't have it both ways...or maybe liberal democrats can?
