Barry: True friends are worth more than gold and silver. You are one of my friends. I trust you. Funny. We have never met. Someday I would like to change that. I am into sector rotation and have found that for me that is the most profitable thing I have done. With the help of the Lord He has given me a knack to pick good sectors and He has given me a sense of timing to do so. I learned the hard way that I am lousy picking individual stocks. It took me a lot of hardache to come to that point but I finally had to admit it. Never the less my biggest holding this summer has been the financial sector. I diversified in services, banks, and brokerages. Well I read an article from an August periodical that Peter Lynch was not recommending the financial sector now. That observation caused me to doubt my decision. This evening I was talking to a good friend of mine who is a retired professor from a local college. I mentioned to him that I had read the article from Lynch and his response was ...Greg I think he is wrong and I think that you will do OK staying where you are. His words were a comfort to me and I thought at that moment. This man has my best interests at heart and Peter Lynch could care less about me. I will take this as a sign from the Lord to stay the course. Immediately my heart felt at ease as if the Lord Himself instructed me. I will stay the course. My point is that what I have illustrated is the worth of a friend. I am not recommending to anyone to invest in financial stocks at this time . I have been in them some time and have a nice profit so my position is not that of someone just making an initial stake> God will prosper each of His children differently and separately. Each of us must learn to listen for Him ...and I truly believe that the Lord will speak to us through our friends.... IN C H R I S T Gregor
