It talked about the significance of obtaining 133net by Unicom is the 2X10 Mhz spectrum(according to Unicom, the spectrum is free! The Fud said it may cost $4 billion total) The article concluded the integration of 133 net into Unicom as the last bottleneck for a cdma network rollout.
