If they get another tsunami - really big trouble - but I think they are working the issues. The EU has gone nuts over this. We can make entire skyscrapers earthquake proof - but backup cooling systems were the issue here and very poorly designed. Another issue is the flow of reliable information - even the Japanese are asking why this was not resolved since the Kobe earthquake years ago. Watch them talk about it live: japantoday.com
