This Bush, to me, is an impatient person. Unlike his father, he started the war in a hurry, now he is looking to stop it without a proper end

First, he didn't start it, OBL did. And he is not looking to end it now, he is looking to win it. It's not going to be over for a long, long time.

Needless to say, it took a lot of patience and working with the countries for his father and Jim Baker to build the coalition against Saddam when he invaded Kuwait

Were you for it at the time? Somehow, I see you more among the "No Blood for Oil!" crowd. Bush 41 and Baker built a large but fragile coalition - so fragile that they had to forbid Israel responding to incoming missiles, and they had to stop the job far, far short of completing it. If they had secured a regime change then, as they ought to have done, we would not be in this position now.

By the way what do you about the British poll where 59% of the British respondents said that US image in the world has considerably reduced under this Bush

I'd probably say the same if my only news source was the BBC. It's far more accurate to say that world happiness with the US has decreased - because the US changed from a benign sleeping giant to a roused and unpredictable giant, determined to do what it perceives is in its own national interest. It will listen to Britain, which is an ally. It won't listen to France, which is an adversary. Blair is left trying to straddle the US-Euro divorce lines.
