I read the web site, and I liked it. Was wondering about the WSE article found their. It claims $20,000 was sent to Anthony to short a stock for a fellow. I believe this falls under the requirements of registering with the SEC and both your home banking authority and the banking authority of the home state of the $20,000 party as a "registered investment advisor", and possibly additional "series" level licenses, etc.

I am happy to see that Anthony's prior issues (also disclosed in the WSE story, as well as by Anthory himself on SI) are "history".

Perhaps it would be great to list on the Web site those States were now registered and other pertinent data!

I am hopeful this is the beginning of a new leaf of decorum and professionalism.

Good Luck! Colin
