From late paychecks to undelivered sales incentives... this disgruntled wife has been quiet way too long. Would any of you accept from your current employer late paychecks (at least 3-4 times in the past 2 years...payroll error..yah..) or sales bonuses that are not only never delivered but were never intended to leave the Provo Palace walls. It sickens me to think my husband busts his a*s for a ridiculous organization which cannot figure out the method to the madness of developing a strong sales organization. I may be up to my bleep in Huggies and have entirely to many children to chase but, I do know failing to develop the factors of trust and credibility between management and sales reps is a fatal wound. As all of us know, a great sales rep., dedicated to actually working instead of golfing 24/7, is hard to come by. When a sales organization fails to effectively incent its team, a great sales rep will find someone else who will. This, my friends, is Novell's hemlock. While Novell sales personnel make decent livings, in the past 3 years, my husband's salary increase is below cost of living... yet, his territory has blown through quarter end and year end quotas by 6-12%.

Novell will lose my husband. Moreover, so will those of us invested in Novell's future. My husband is one of many on the exodus trail.
