How could that be implemented? The Dems would come unglued if we tried to tag everyone coming into the country. I don't know why you're picking on the Dems. The Reps don't want to stop illegal immigration, either. Look at Bush's proposal. And even that was just for show. I'm sorry, Karen, but I have trouble reconciling searching computer busses with letting anybody and everybody walk across our southwest borders. Our security measures are out of whack.
