Ken, I spoke to two (corporate) attorneys, and spent some time ......
researching "class-action" lawsuits. Bottom line? As much as I would
like to attain the instant gratification of seeing these guys "snap"
to my command, the process is a long and painful one, and a process
with a heavy caveat by the legal types of achieving success. Also from
what I'm told, these guys (read: board), are no dummies and pretty
much have things sewed up. I will not wait that long, nor does the
pain justify it to "me". This stock is, as I always said, in the
category of "caveat emptor", and for the new people on this thread I
also said, it is "not for the faint-of-heart (or pocketbook). Having
said that, I still have a FEW days left in 12/96, so ya' never know,
and maybe I'm off a bit, but I'd rather not take a gain in 96 now..Joe |
