I recognize that overemotional people use the word "genocide" without precision, but it really is reserved for unusual situations, e.g., the Cambodian genocide by the Khmer Rouge, the Rwandan genocide of the Tutsis by the Hutus, the Armenian genocide by the Turks . . . . >> I did not hear about a lot of people going to be killed...<< Unbelievable.
