Yes, their behavior is amusing. They also rated Intel a "hold" (i.e. sell) when the price was 50 and AMD a "hold" when the price was 13. I'll sell my AMD stock 2 weeks after 3 leading analysts raise their rating to "strong buy". I'll buy Intel when they lower their rating back again to "hold".
