Softechie .. FNV If there wasn't 'enough' in the Leucadia deal to make the bank lenders and debt holders happy .. What do you think will be in there for the common holders ?? .. Usually not much to less than nothing .. Have to be really careful when you play with the equity in distressed companies .. The prices move around alot, but in the final analysis he who controls the 'senior' securities is calling the shots .. Jim in CT ..
