Mentioned Dean because while in some ways, he seems personable enough, but he is by far, the most Socialistic of the 9....If you look objectively, you will see that Chomsky and McGeough probably see things similarly, and Dean comes close to that thinking, I think.
No tossing and turning here...if he is nominated, I think the Repubs will be gleeful!! <g>
BTW, where is Dean's wife? I know he has one who is also a Dr., and who is pretty outspoken as well...... We don't elect the 'partner' but they are part of the package, so most folks keep that in mind when voting...
I ALWAYS look up a columnist to see other pieces they may have done, if I'm not familiar with them. I learn more that way. Others may want to do it too.....
Re Ashcroft, I hear lefties say things like that frequently, but none of them can ever tell us anything the man has done that has directly made things worse for them personally.
Now, on the other hand, the terrorists probably don't like him very much. Too bad, don't you think? <g>
Interesting you would mention Howard Dean and not the other Democrats running for President. Maybe you need to grade each of the Democrats on a scale of 1 to 10 and compare them to Paul McGeough. Why only Howard Dean? Wonder how many others toss and turn at the mention of his name. Strange that you would look him up because he said "US exit may lead to Iraqi civil war." What should he have to say so that you would not have to look up his background? So like Ashcroft would you not want to use the Patriot Act to look up what books he reads, what other things he does? |
