Joseph, I agree to a point on the people issue. Several of the old timeres have been pursuing new start-up opportunities, but there are certainly plenty of excellent engineers in both sites. I see the same kind of people leaving CSCO, so it is a wash. If the people don't leave, there are no new start-ups, no acquisitions and slower advancement of technology. ASND 101 in the pre-open...
