Jiffy,

USRX has a very large piece of the pie, no doubt. But it's too much
to expect that users will want to worry about whether they're hitting
USRX equipment when they dial in, vs. Ascend, Shiva, Cisco, etc.
When you dial in to Pac Bell, who's equipment terminates your call?
