William At dinner parties, a suprising number of my acquaintences who know nothing about stocks own MU. Why? Because their brokers love/hate it. This backs the Reaper's point that if ML loves it, it moves up. (supply/demand technical view. volume supports this) The Reaper's other major point, that disproportionate "short" options squeeze the owners of such positions is also straight from any investment textbook. In fact, I've said it before. This is the type of strategy I expect from a contrarian like Michael Burke. I don't know why so many people on this thread feel like its an antagonistic bear (Burke) vs. bull (Reaper) thing. I think all the bulls would agree that you'd be hard pressed to find anyone on any thread as fundamentally sound as Michael Burke is on MU. However, at the moment, MU is not following fundamentals, and all most of care about is how to make $$$. Good luck with your positions.
