I suspect that she has a herniated segment within the grey matter between her L-ear and her R-ear.

And I also suspect that the sleepiness that she is trying to counter with drugs, has been induced by the ongoing nightmares that she has been having when she envisages the onslaught that Trump's AG will direct her way after January 2017, following his/her scrutiny, with a FINE tooth comb, of the Clinton's dealings via their 'crooked' Clinton Foundation ...
