No, the new drugs, Xarelto and Eliquis don't require dose adjustment. The issue is reversal. You can easily reverse coumadin; it's a real PIA to reverse xarelto and eliquis. I have lost many people to hemorrhagic strokes that I could not reverse because they were on those drugs, but that's probably revealing too much information about my outside of SI life.
