WASHINGTON (AP) A federal appeals court Friday denied Microsoft's (MSFT) bid to delay the company's four year antitrust case, clearing the way for the case to be sent back to a new judge to decide what penalty the software giant should face for antitrust violations. The Supreme Court, however, still may decide whether to take up Microsoft's appeal. That decision is expected as early as October. (MORE) DOW JONES NEWS 081701 10:20 AM
