Cary, 0.8 AMAT / SVGI would be nice. I don't know how the investment bankers would value a cyclical which is at the bottom of the cycle. Something which is neutral (neither accretive or dilutive) today, could become quite accretive by the time the deal is done. A 1:1 with LRCX would also be nice. LRCX is still relatively undervalued. But I would still be happy to just hold my SVGI shares for another 3-5 years. Best regards, Ian.
