I'm a bit confused here. Can someone tell me if Delphi just putting money in the development or they are buying an existing cell? From what I read there is no prototype working yet and the first test are going to be made this spring. Maybe this technology is working on paper but so far we don't even know if it works on the field. Delphi is issuing a PO just in case it does! I'm not trying do down play this one, I would like to beleive that it will go higher from here.
