By reporting expenses ah hmm,hmmm "appropriately", I wonder what the cash position becomes? Hard to buy this based on any of the criteria being reported frankly because you just don't really know do you? Wouldn't touch this thing in its current state. Perhaps when they ante up in Sept. and give us the real goods in their SEC filing, then....??
