Sergio,FMR, the Annual Report is not necessarily a "happy" document and would not with my limited knowledge of this sector induce me to buy. As for the Trust being converted; does Texas really need another small oil company? As for distribution; who knows what the value will be in 1999 when the Trust is terminated, that's a long way out in time. So who knows, been wrong before, hope those that are in are rewarded.
