Definitely not new or surprising . And it's probably not only TD-SCDMA construction. They're publicly milking Mobile for the cash for TD-S but it's hard to believe Mobile is being damped down with that and EDGE as their primary upgrade. I wonder how vendors' WCDMA basestation accounts receivable look.
