200,000 shares, directly, plus another 450,000+ shares purchased by friends and family that I influence. All these shares will be voted in favor of the reverse split.

I was first introduced to Tracer by a broker friend in Florida, whom has influence over 5 million or more shares (or so he claims), and he is urging everyone to vote for the reverse split. He says that if the price drops after the consolidation, he will simply take advantage of this and buy more.

We must retain the NASDAQ listing!
