I don't know. Patrick just stated the 27 or above number. I believe just from watching it that you will get above +27 when the market is moving up and will reverse to the downside and you will get -27 when the market is moving down and will reverse to the up-side. That is simply my observations though...although it does also make intuitive sense. -Scott
