Hello Carol, I had a call from R.G. this morning. It appears as though the California property they are pursuing should be locked by the end of next week. They are into the Final Draft of agreements regarding this property. These will be sent to the property owner sometime around 11 a.m. PST. Both sides during the negotiations will want to change a few things, which is normal with agreements of this magnitude. The California group is extremely prompt with replies and answers, which will help to speed things up. This property has great potential as a hot intersection showed 7oz./t over 3.85 feet. One other hole was drilled to 110 feet which came back with .065 oz/t. An interesting thing to note is that this was drilled with an ancient 1940's drilling apparatus, and as a result significant mineralization is noted to have remained at the bottom of the hole. In short, this hole probably has, as stated by the company, a much higher gold mineralization content than reported. As far as the Alaskan property goes, they are still awaiting word from the two partners that own the land, as to whether or not they will accept MXR's proposal. If they do, then negotiations will be undertaken. MXR is confident that they are first in line, however a time frame for further developments is uncertain at this time. They also have an interesting prospect in Nevada that will be pursued following the completion of the California deal. This Nevada property has been offered to them by an inside source, and if accepted, they will hold a 100% interest. Lots of investor's waiting on the sidelines for these developments to happen. Shouldn't be too long now. To use R.G.'s words " this stock should pop quite quickly in the near future". That's it for now.......... Regards
