Dear Mr. M,

Started my computer up this morning, went over to the Smart?update site, began downloading and everything went smoothly. I am now using version 4.7 as I write this and so far no problems. Thanks for all your help and encouragement. I still believe the problem was at the Netscape end. Or perhaps walking the dog at that critical moment last night had something to do with it?

My problem last night began before the downloading process even began. The error messages started just after agreeing to the security clause. Nothing had even downloaded yet. This was the confusing part. Perhaps there were too many folks trying to use the site at one time and there wasn't enough bandwidth to handle it?

All's well that ends well and thanks again for your help.
