well I think if the price is right then stuff will move. problem is the fed policies is not allowing for a flush out like in mid 1990... here in NH prices are getting real, stuff running $125/sq ft now running $100 or less. I think if you can buy at $80 then it's a good deal, cash flows start working at those numbers.
