stupid... yes, they are trying to say this is because kerry mentioned bring home 60,000 troops from iraq.

huh, this has been in negociations for three years.
Why should we be in germany , the high cost of living and lack of support by the country. air force still staying in germany. it is long over due.

oh, and they also said it will not save us money it is going to cost us more to bring them home. Holebrook,"we are abanding our allies " he said.. I think he is seeing his appointment with kerry flying away.
