JT- In my opinion in short term bonds will go lower not because of inflation but due to lack of understanding, it is fear that is killing them. We are in a strange dilemma if we don't get great earnings the market will be hit but good earnings come on the back of strong economy and inevitably strong economy will spew on and off strong numbers and strong numbers means selloffs.

Conventional wisdom demands that the relationship btw strong economic non-inflationary growth has to be redefined and thoroughly understood in context of contribution from non-inflationary sectors of economy , until inflation is restated at lower levels and new relation ship is defined between strong numbers and their non- inflationary impact we may see this uncertainity continue. Political issues will not lag to add a new dimension once Mr Clinton comes back from well deserved vacation.
