Of course I did. The intent of my message (http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=16255872) was to point out that there are multiple usages for the word "standard" and deliberately confusing the two is either ignorant or disingenuous. In response to that, Bill Fischofer and others started picking one of those usages, the "de facto" usage, and claimed that that is "Dave's definition". But hey this the melting pot of the Internet so not everybody here is a rocket scientist.
