Yup. Is Dominion private? Even the choice of share deal with a public company (versus cash) would have been better. At least then there would be the potential for some upside or recovery. Oh well, what is, is. I still think the aftermath will be interesting - to see if anything happens, re another bid (doesn't seem likely) or action from unhappy shareholders. Regards, t.
