Why would anyone want 1,250,000 shares not registered for one year, that has a option in the agreement whereby the company can pay $1.00 a share and buy back the stock used to by this customer base???? Hmmmmmm makes one think that the insiders know the value of this will break over a buck first off and second it will not cause any dilution on paperwork to the company. For this deal they get the customers: <<< First, the acquisition of Beeper Boutique expanded our retail operations into Louisiana and greater Texas and added 20,000 new customers. >>>> Yes all 20,000 of them and that list was growing at about 500 to 800 new a month. It was all spelled out in the SEC, filing if you had a chance to read it. Should be on Yaahoo site under ATTP.... Well good luck in holding as the dollar is very low IMO, were going to rip through that and keep climbing. With a dip here and their... Regrds, Jim....
