I don't know if the National Bank is Quebec based but with 7 million residents that is probably a plus.

There are 1 million french speaking residents outside of Quebec I am told.

I agree the banks are on an uptrend but that isn't suprising since the government allows them to steal so much of our money! C'est la vie.

I guess the point I'm making is a small cap company like FAY is going to benefit from the association when the large caps start to pull back a bit.
