How about financial point Steve? Although you believe that shutting operation would benefit us more this way if warrants will be exercised the money can be use to keep it alive. Issuing of rights would create further dillution of the stock which you said would not be fair. In the moral aspect - whoever is an owner of the warrant would be less than smart to exercise it at the original price and has a same right to talk about unfairness in developments of the investment as they are also shareholders. You seem to forget that directors of the company made loans to GHE and they have shown their commitment to the projects. This may not be fair to me or you but having an option for 0.35 when stock trades at 0.30 is not that beneficial at least right now. I have bought for higher price but today's price is not company's fault but investors who lost the interest or don't understand or know what is GHE doing. You can blame gold price, frustrution whole market, junior market, whatever. If company goes bust no 0.35 will offer protection. If we make it would you mind if they make a bit more for their efforts?
Regards
Robert
