John, Agree with your assessment for the most part. However, there are other things which could move the stock besides earnings. A big contract, some deal w/ Oracle (did Leto say they were in some sort of talks again with them?), a buyout of the co., etc. I don't think the stock is going to fall too much farther from here. However, none of the above may occur and it could be the dead money you noted. Wesley
