Just received ... SHAREHOLDER NOTE..February 23,2010. As I mentioned last week, it is my intention to try to keep you updated on a more regular basis. This DOES NOT mean every ten days, but I believe that there is a lot going on right now and I believe that you need to, and deserve to get as much information as is available. MILL RESTART: This one is easy. As mentioned last week, we have added several new cells to the current configuration and we found that we needed several parts that were ordered. These should arrive either tomorrow (Wednesday) or Thursday. Installation should take a day, possibly two, but we should be ready to restart the Mill by Monday. The reason, as explained to me, that it will take a couple of days is due to the need to run the crusher for 2 shifts for 2 days in order to have an appropriate quantity of ore to feed the Mill. PINKSHEETS: I have been waiting to tell you that all of our forms were filed with Pinksheets.com and that they are removing the “stop-sign.” I spoke to Mark Dotson late this afternoon and he has told me that there was a request to change some of the information on a couple of pages and that this would be taken care of immediately. Hopefully I will be able to confirm the receipt of all of the information by Pinksheets and the removal of the stop-sign shortly. I am hopeful that there will be a great deal more information for me to share in the coming weeks, as well as more “Press Release” worthy information to issue. CAM
