They really need to get Oprah out there, live in a Microsoft store (even if they have to build the dream thing in studio for her), on camera, buying that Surface garbage in soize and giving it out like Halloween candy. Otherwise, in my never humble opinion, the soon to be landfill material just won't sell, no matter how many times she tweets about it from her iPad.
