The bestway offering memorandum says it was a IPO, yet Veritas says it is not. A big thank you for Jose for providing the email from Veritas.

IPO. I need a answer. Prior to Bestway USA ZSUN was Carlisle Enterprises a
existing trading company. You are a IR company. Start IRing and answer this
question before I have to go to the SEC and get one. "

requests an "answer". If you provide me with a question, I will provide an
answer. With respect to an IPO, neither Bestway nor Carlisle were ever an IPO.
