Intel is going to commoditize the Server market by providing chip sets, motherboard designs etc for 2,4 and up servers. Second tier PC companies will be able to ship competitive servers, folks like NEC, Toshiba, Acer, Fujitsu, Sony. Credible companies who need to improve margins and also offer corporate customers complete solutions from low end PC's to servers. IBM, HP, SUn, Data General etc will be in big trouble due to margin pressure. Of course this will be great for Intel. Regards, Kash
