I'd say worry. This looks to me like a competitive angle to Wireless Knowledge. They will bundle many services into Zingo that includes all Portico features and then heaps more. Question is can they make it work? It looks very service intensive. They might not be so good at this.

Interesting to see Microsoft buying 2 to 3% stake in AT&T. This is suppose to assure Win CE in set top boxes, but really MSFT wants to take the whole pie when it comes to any form of network appliance. In the end, I think that is good for GM.

Does Microsoft sell their stake in GM. Maybe? Why not? They have what they want (and what GM wants), rights incorporate GM's mobile agent stratgy into Windows. We need it more than they do. Maybe they sell or transfer their holding to Wireless Knowledge. Anyway, when you see them doing deals like this with AT&T, clearly they have big fish to fry and little GM is only a diversion.

What do you all think about BellSouth not using the Portico branding? Maybe that little sound we hear will be important after all if GM can keep it in the log in.

I'm surprised to see such a strong sell off on news. This is still a traders stock. Hope you all didn't get sucked into the options. Buy stock when it's this cheap and wait patiently for your return. Still, I think more announcements and service commencements will come soon.

Regards,

Mark
