Bush is guilty of far bigger crimes. Some are proven, some are not, some are being investigated or soon will be. These are: -Lying about pre-war intel to rush us into war unprepared -Spying illegally on Americans (probably political opponents and critics mainly) -Cheating to win elections. Massive voter fraud. -Complicity in enormous energy gouging schemes. -Selling chunks of our public wealth to corporate cronies and taking lobbyist/corporate money in exchange. -Outing a CIA agent during war-time -Secretly running and funding smear campaigns against rivals while claiming to have nothing to do with them. -Obstruction of justice in Plamegate -Paying journalists to write up false stories polluting our free press. There might be a lot more. But I don't see kidnapping or torture on that list.
