I saw Zingo for the first time last night at 3 am, so you tell me. I haven't actually seen much from WK yet, but I think they will hit the road running where Lucent is probably still farther out. Much of what I think I see with Zingo is a desire to make a service that works with next generation smart phones, phones with screens and working data from special servers using Spyglass. Gm is here now. What products win in 2 years are important, but today we have Portico and it is available as we speak.

It will be interesting to see how quickly BellSouth gets the service going. It was inspiring to see such a good story article coming so quickly on the heels of the announcement. We may be very pleased. It's a shame though that they will have their own branding. Now, question will be does GM loose product control by letting BellSouth add services and features?

Regards,

Mark
